1. Reservations and Confirmation:

• Booking Process: Book using our “E-Ticket Show and Go” system.
• Payment: Credit cards are charged at reservation time; email confirmation is sent post-tour/travel request completion.
• Confirmation: Receive an email with an E-Ticket Voucher link upon Lucky Tuk Tuk confirmation. Unconfirmed orders are not guaranteed.
• Presentation: Show the E-Ticket at check-in.
• Charges & Availability: Tour cost is charged at booking. Prices/availability are not guaranteed until full payment and confirmation voucher are issued.
• Voucher Details: Check email for important information (start location, attire, etc.).
• Timeframe: Email Confirmation and Travel Voucher within 1-12 hours, subject to availability.
• ID Requirement: A photo ID may be required, and must match the last name on the Voucher.

2. Rates and Booking Procedure:

• Pricing: Per person or Per vehicle, in US Dollars. Subject to change without notice.
• Confirmation: Not guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmation email sent.

3. Declined Credit Cards:

• Notification: If the credit card is declined, notification via email. The Pending reservation will be canceled, rebooking is subject to availability.

4. Tour Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

• Ultimate City Tours and Sunset/Night Tours Can be canceled/changed up to 24 hours in advance of the Tour start Time. Full refund with 24-hour notice. No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded or rescheduled.

• Alcatraz Combo Cancellation Policy: Important: All Alcatraz Combo sales are final. Absolutely no changes, refunds, or cancellations are allowed. Combo tickets must be booked at least 96 hours in advance. This combo requires participation in both the Jeep City Tour and the Alcatraz portion.  Alcatraz is a National Park; no exchanges, refunds, discounts, or cancellations are permitted.

• Special Cancelation / Changes: there are different cancel/change policies for Alcatraz Combos, Private Events, Multi-Vehicle Charters, and other special events. Speak with the Charter and event staff for specifics.

5. Tour Operation in Fog or Rain:

• Weather Conditions: Tours operate in fog, light rain, or shine. Dress warmly.
• Cancellation: Rare cancellations due to severe rain, alternate dates offered if available.

6. Confirmation Accuracy:

• Responsibility: Ensure correct date and location. No refunds for no-shows.
• Check-In: 5 minutes before tour start time.

7. Changes to Reservation:

• Changes: No charge for changes made to City Sightseeing and Evening tours up to 24 hours before the tour time. Important: All Alcatraz Combo sales are final. Absolutely no changes, refunds, or cancellations are allowed.
